Hi Denise, glad you have found it. I have the opt-in set to show after 30 seconds and after the post content on that site, we found the delay allows people to start reading the content and get a flavour of it before we ask for the email address.

I did find the plugin info and it looks like a comprehensive solution for creating multiple optin options.  Thanks for the tip.
