Due to the intense amount of interest in publishing and self publishing, revealed in the comments on my post about Poke the Box, I'm reprinting info and a link to a webinar replay about how to self-publish your books on Amazon's Kindle site…
You know that Visibility = Opportunity and what could be better than being visible on one of the biggest sites on the web? Wouldn't you like to get your content published on Amazon.com? You can, it's easy to do.
I recently hosted a webinar with Daniel Hall of Real Fast Book. He presented a step by step tutorial on how to publish your ebooks on Amazon's Kindle platform. He did not leave anything out and by the end of the webinar anyone could publish their content. In fact one of my clients posted a note on Facebook the following day letting me know in fact she had done just that.
I talked with Daniel and he has agreed to let me share the webinar replay with you. Yes, there is a pitch for his Real Fast Book program at the end. But there is no obligation to join and you're going to have all the info you need to get published on Kindle at the end of the presentation. The webinar is about 70 minutes.
You'll learn the exact steps to submit your ebook and what you need to prep before you submit your content. You'll also learn:
- Tips about preparing your content
- where to find images for your ebook cover
- How to make a cover image (this is so simple, I couldn't believe it)
- tips about rights and pricing
If you want to create additional streams of income and get some visibility on a massive website, block off 70 minutes to watch and study this webinar. (There is no charge or optin required to watch the presentation.)

Ok so this post is a couple years old now. I guess it’s time I take a little time and watch the video. After all, I do have a Kindle.

Interesting post. Yeah why not try to make your own kindle book. What’s the worst that can happen?
A good trick is to make the book free for some time to get some good reviews. When you have the good reviews(hopefully), you start selling the book.

Denise this was a fabulous article as always. Something I will definitely be doing more of in future that is for sure. Have a fabulous day.

Due to Daniel’s tutorial, my 2nd book, Multiple Streams of Virtual Event Income, is now published as a Kindle ebook. Take a peek:http://tinyurl.com/3th6ojk
I just adored Dan’s way of explaining why each field should be filled in. I also loved all his tips which gave me the confidence to go to market with the Kindle version while waiting for the setup of the physical version to be complete. I’m now transitioning my other books into Kindle versions based on Dan’s amazing tips. It’s well worth the watch. And Denise, I just love that you’re already making money. Gives me hope 🙂

Whoohoo! Nice job, Leesa. Yes, I’m getting money from the Kindle program deposited in my bank account every month now. Of course it takes aggressive promotion to jumpstart the sales and I know you know how to do that. Wishing you much success with your new book!

I just got an email from Amazon Digital Publishing. I made $17.44 in January on my Kindle ebooks. In February I published a new ebook and promoted it to my list. According to my Kindle reports, I have more than $200 in sales in Feb. While this isn’t going to make me rich, a dollar is a dollar and it’s a new source of revenue. Makes sense to get your ebooks on Kindle.
